    Together, we explore what’s contributing to stress or overwhelm and build simple, practical strategies that support your day-to-day life. This work is about slowing down, creating awareness, and making meaningful changes that feel manageable and sustainable.

  • I hold a BA in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and I am a registered counselling therapist with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

    My work is grounded in person-centred, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, with additional training in solution-focused and emotion-focused therapies.

    I am also a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher and yoga educator, with over 15 years of experience supporting mental health, stress, and overall wellness through counselling, workshops, and speaking.
